At Loewe Opta GmbH about 350 employees of about 1 050 at the works in Kronach, North Bavaria, are very successfully realizing the electronic production and assembly of LCD TV sets as well as the accompanying audio products.
On the basis of the model variety - in total there are more than 200 different versions of electronic flat modules and more than 400 pick and place programs - the repair pays off.
With an average of 1 800 up to 3 000 components on each board it is about top-quality modules. Moreover there are 9 different software programs which have to be flashed and whose function have to be tested as well.
So for the repair the topic is not only the precise soldering-in, but already starting the gentle and safe desoldering. After all it is essential to max out the component specifications given in the data sheets.
